How old do I have to be to join the Wine Club?

The Left Foot Charley Wine Club is available to all adults 21 or older.

How do I join?
You can join in person at our winery, by telephone at 231-995-0500, or online.

What is Club 53?
Club 53 is named after the building that currently houses our tasting room and winery. Members of this club will receive discounted tastings, three bottles of wine four times a year (February, May, August, and November), will have access to 15% off wines by the glass or bottle, and additional discounts on apparel and Barrel Room Events throughout their membership.

What is Club 63?
Club 63 is named after the building that is currently home to our Barrel Room and reserve tasting space. Members of this club will receive discounted tastings, six bottles of wine four times a year (February, May, August, and November), will have access to 20% off wines by the glass or bottle, and additional discounts on apparel and Barrel Room Events throughout their membership.

What is the Rooted Club?
Experience wine and cider from some of the best vineyards and orchards in Michigan. Members of this club will receive four releases of 12 bottles every year averaging $250 per release before shipping and will have access to 25% off wines and ciders by the glass or bottle. Each release will include a Rooted special – library wine, pre-release, or last-call wine/cider only available to Rooted members.

How many shipments do I get per year?
Wine Club release will be ready to ship or pick up each February, May, August, and November.

What are the benefits of becoming a member?
Benefits vary between club levels. All club members receive discounted tastings during their visit, discounts on retail wines and/or ciders, apparel, wines or ciders by the glass, and discounted pricing for events. Please see your club information for more details.

How will I know my club selections are ready to ship or pick up?
Our Club Manager will reach out to you 1 week before your selections are ready.

Can I make my own selections?
We carefully select the wines that go into each shipment, but you may customize your release. You may also use your club member status to receive any of our other wines or ciders at a discount.

How much will a club release cost?
The cost of each club shipment will vary based on the featured wines or ciders we have selected. Club 53 Members can expect average shipments of $70, Club 63 Members can expect averages of $140, Rooted Members can expect an average of $250. These prices do not include the cost of shipping and handling. 

How much will shipping be?
Shipping cost depends on destination, package weight, and other considerations. Cost of shipping is determined by the carrier (UPS) and not by LFC. We would be happy to run a shipping estimate for you!

What happens if I cannot pick up my selections?
Due to our limited space, we kindly ask that club purchases are picked up within two weeks of the release date. If you are unable to pick up your selections, please contact us, and we can ship your release.

How do I change or cancel my club membership?
Call the winery or email [email protected] for changes to your membership. Club memberships may be canceled at any time after the first release is purchased. A cancellation fee of $50 will be incurred by club members choosing to cancel their membership before their first release.
