Lisa is a dancer and her work in the vineyard requires a lot of the same approach she applies to her art. Learning to grow vines is a slow process because it requires listening to the plants over a period of years. As you begin to hear the rhythms of the vine, you respond and move with them in order to lead them. While many growers speed ahead in the pursuit of high Brix (developing Brix Envy in the process), Lisa and Tom take a relaxed approach demonstrating that life is a dance, not a race.
