2008 Riesling Seventh Hill Farm ~ $35.00 (SOLD OUT)
Seventh Hill Farm - Old Mission Peninsula

If you have ever stopped in the Tasting Room and talked with me (Bryan) about this wine you will see a sparkle in my eye. This vineyard has entered a new era in its evolution. Now in its second decade, the vine's roots are deep and the flavors are equally entrenched. We have bottled this as a designate for 3 years now and those of you who have started their collection will want a lot of this in the cellar. '08 was a very solid white vintage and the Rieslings will prove to be keepers. This Riesling has a little less sugar than past years but more depth in the palate. Its aromas are classic and once again the dancing acids will remind you that on a 2 acre Old Mission hillside, 2000 Riesling vines are giggling in the sunshine, ripening next year's crop.

*This is a must have for anyone interested in aging Riesling. Don't shortchange your cellar, get some today. We are saving 30 cases ourselves for re-release in the future. You can bet the price will be slightly elevated by then;
It'll be 32 buck Chuck:)
